What Do You Hunger For?

In the Bible, the term righteousness has multiple different applications. It can describe our right standing before God and a life that is lived in a way that reflects God’s righteousness in the world. It can also describe what Jesus addresses in the Beatitudes, which is a social righteousness, a righteous justice. Jesus wants us to know that it is good for us to work for the good of others!
